Coming up this weekend is Father's Day. If you're getting ready to wrap dad's gift here are my five top tips for being a little greener with how you wrap it. 1. Reuse and repurpose Check to see what you already have stashed away. Could you re-use wrapping paper or re-purpose other packaging? 2. Sustainable sources Check what you're buying is from sustainable sources and that it will be recyclable at the end of it's life. An easy eco swap is to use paper tape. 3. Less is more! Don't use more paper that you need - trim before you start. Paper with gridlines on the reverse can help you cut straight. 4. Sharpen up Blunt scissors slowing you down? Cut into aluminium foil or sandpaper. 5. Bag it up Awkward shape got you confused about how to wrap? Make your own gift bag from wrapping paper using my handy tutorial on my free resources page.
